IT TAKES A VILLAGE
A community group of the Village of Key Biscayne created with the purpose of raising awareness, creating opportunities, and empowering individual with special needs and their families. The mission of ITAV is to create and promote educational, social and job opportunities for all kids, teens and young adults in Key Biscayne and surrounding areas. We invite you, all our participants and community members, to contact us and tell us how best we can contribute to fulfill your goals and expectations.

Social Saturday's is a program designated for teens and young adults with special needs 14+ . If you have a younger child and are looking for enrichment activities for them, please refer to the Key Biscayne Community Center Website https://keybiscayne.fl.gov/parks_recreation/unique_abilities/index.php
and register for Sensory Saturday's for kids 1-5 every other Saturday 10am to 12pm, or for Beacon of Hope for ages 6-14 every other Saturday 12:30-3:00pm. You may also contact Richard Perez:
